The short version

I spent two and a half decades architecting enterprise software across Finance, Insurance, and Telecom. I earned 21 Salesforce certifications along the way. I shipped systems that handled real money, real compliance, and real scale.

Then AI changed the game.

I recognized the pivotal moment and made the leap. Not to chase hype. To apply the same engineering rigor I used in enterprise systems to a new class of problems: agentic systems, context engineering, and AI workflows. I am learning in public and documenting everything along the way.

This site is where I share what I learn, what breaks, and what I figure out.

What I bring to the table

21x Salesforce Certified. Architecture, development, integration, and platform expertise across the full Salesforce stack. This is not a side skill. It is the foundation I built my career on.

Exploring Agentforce. I am gaining hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce. I am learning the deployment patterns, studying the failure modes, and figuring out how enterprise constraints like security, compliance, and data governance apply to agentic systems.

Context engineering. I write about context engineering because it is the skill I believe separates AI demos from AI systems. Designing what the model sees, in what order, and at what level of detail is the competency I am focused on mastering.

Enterprise systems thinking. 25 years of building software that had to survive contact with production taught me one thing: the architecture matters more than the algorithm. I am now applying that same discipline to AI systems.

I document everything I learn. The goal is to help experienced enterprise developers make the leap into AI engineering without falling for the hype, without wasting months on the wrong approach, and without losing the engineering discipline that made them effective in the first place.
